In 2005, it became a private joint‑stock company, and in 2016, after obtaining the necessary permits, it was converted into a public joint‑stock company. The company is currently listed with the Securities and Exchange Organization.
The company operates as one of the subsidiary business units of Shahdab Nab Khorasan Agro‑Industry Company (Public Joint‑Stock), and the ultimate parent entity of the group is Tabarok Industrial Group (Public Joint‑Stock).
The company’s main headquarters is located in the city of Chenaran (at the beginning of Akhlamad Road), and its administrative and operational activities are carried out in Mashhad, on Sajad Boulevard.
